We began our training journey at Marid Coffee as an SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) accredited center in 2017, where our training center at Marid Coffee obtained the AST accredited training membership from the association, and we helped dozens of coffee lovers enter the job market through its widest doors.

Our beginnings in the world of coffee started in 2016, and our goal from the outset has been to develop and improve the quality of locally offered coffee beans and to elevate the level and introduce a new idea in spreading the culture of specialty coffee in the Kingdom by focusing on business service. We have worked with many leading brands in the Kingdom since their establishment, and we have accompanied some of them to various parts of the Kingdom.
We have supported over 60 brands in the region over the past years, and our relationship with them is a fruitful partnership and support that extends beyond providing coffee beans and training to offering a helping hand in emergencies with all the advice, staff, and equipment we can provide. We strive to share our extensive experience with our partners.

At Marid Coffee, since our establishment, our values and goals have been to spread the culture of specialty coffee in Saudi Arabia, focusing on serving and developing wholesale and business services in the local specialty coffee sector. We have worked with many leading brands in the field since their early stages of establishment and supported them to grow and capture significant market shares of the local output across various parts of the Kingdom.
We aimed to build a culture of cooperation and shared success and establish a strong support network with cafes, where we provide consulting, training, and equipment rental services, in addition to coffee supply services, to be the primary supporter for our success partners, including cafes and restaurants.

Beginner Barista Skills
This course is designed to introduce the basics of barista skills to those with no prior experience.
It covers grinders, tools, and preparing espresso professionally.
Home Barista Course
This course is designed to establish the basic skills for preparing espresso without any prior experience in espresso preparation.
Participants in the course will be able to adjust the grinder to prepare espresso and milk-based drinks.
Intermediate Barista Skills Course
The Intermediate Preparation course builds upon the principles and skills introduced in the Foundation course. It is ideal for individuals with preparation experience who wish to explore how to improve coffee quality. This course covers a wide range of topics, including exploring the preparation process in relation to equipment, extraction sequence, pre-infusion, and maintenance.

Costa Rica La Pascuala
This crop comes from Costa Rica, grown at an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level. It is of the Catuai variety and is characterized by notes of caramel and fruits, processed by drying.
Yemen Haraz
A distinctive crop that is part of Marid Coffee's unique crops from Colombia, characterized by notes of passion fruit, apple, and jasmine. This crop is grown at an altitude of 1800 to 1700 meters above sea level, and is processed by drying.
Ethiopia Aida
A distinctive crop that is part of Marid Coffee's unique crops from Ethiopia, characterized by clear notes of lemon, apricot, and tropical fruits. This crop is grown at an altitude of 1950 to 2300 meters above sea level.
