The product must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Discounted products and perishable goods (such as coffee and food items) are non-returnable.

Products are exchanged only if they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
