From the heart of the towering Haraz mountains in Yemen, where the clouds intertwine with the peaks, grow coffee beans in the "Haraz" farm, a Typica variety at an altitude between 2600 and 2950 meters above sea level.

With each harvest season, farmers carefully collect the ripe coffee beans, which are then processed anaerobically to enhance the unique qualities that allow each bean to carry the earth's heritage and nature, gaining a new depth in its hints. When you taste the distinguished Haraz harvest from Marid Coffee, your senses are greeted with hints of olive, pineapple, and pear, conveying a feeling of refreshment.

With each sip, the balance of flavors becomes clearer: the fresh sweetness of pineapple and the subtle acidity of pear merge with touches of olive, adding extra depth.
