Preparing coffee using Hario V60

What do you need?

First step:
Start by heating 600-700 ml of water, twice what you need to make coffee, to a temperature of 92-96.
Step two:
Prepare 25-30 grams of coffee.
Step three:
While the water is heating, I grind the coffee. The grind should be between fine and medium coarse, similar to sea salt granules.
Step four:
Place the filter.
Step five:
Pour water to moisten the filter and heat the device with the cup, then pour the water and get ready to make coffee.
Step six:
Add the ground coffee and shake it slightly until it is evenly distributed for an even extraction.
Step seven:
Start by pouring water into the middle, twice the amount of coffee, then pour outwards, but do not pour onto the filter. Wait 30-45 seconds to moisten the coffee; you will notice the coffee swelling.
Step eight:
Continue pouring the rest of the water gently and in a circular motion until the coffee extraction is complete, which takes 2:30 to 3 minutes.
