How to use Hario V60

What do you need?
- Coffee
- V60
- Filter
- Grinder
- Scale
- Timer
- Water heater
First Step:
Start heating up the water (600-700 ml of water) double what you need of coffee.
Second Step:
Prepare 25-30 gram of coffee.
Third Step:
While the water heats up grind the coffee, it should be fine to medium course, like the sea salt.
Fourth Step:
Put the filter.
Fifth Step:
Pour the water to wet the filter and heat the server then discard the water.
Sixth Step:
Put the coffee and shake it to make it even for even extraction.
Seventh Step:
Pour over the water in the middle almost double the amount of water but not on the filter then wait for 30-45 seconds for blooming, you should notice the coffee expands.
Eighth Step:
Continue pouring the rest of the water slowly and in a circular movement and in a rate the coffee should be extracted in 2:30 to 3 minutes.
